The Surgery Residency tracking system ESR (Education Services for
Residents) is the "Homepage" of the Residency program. Each resident, faculty and administrator of the program can log in to manage and organize information important to the resident and the program.

This unique and continuously growing system currently handles functions such as:

• 80 Hour Logging to monitoring residents’ adherence to ACGME
• Rounding lists
• Evaluations of faculty and residents /peers
• Test score tracking and progress through residency requirements
• Conferences schedule and attendance tracking
• Links to reference materials, educational content and simulations
• M+M tracking
• Rounding schedules
• Staff demographics, including photos
